This is an upgraded kit, which is assembled and powder coated black and comes with 13" steel chrome modular wheels and tires and we ship it to you on a pallet. This kit is easier to install because we do most of the assemble. All you need to do is attach and make all necessary adjustments to your bike. We include an installation manual and all the hardware, brackets and shim stock you need. Plus live phone tech support to help you along the way, which usually takes a day to get into a rolling chassis.
