This is an upgraded kit, which is assembled and powder coated black and comes with 15" steel chrome modular wheels and tires, shipped to you on a pallet. This kit is easier to install because we do most of the assembly. All you need to do is to attach it to your bike. We include an installation manual, plus all the hardware, brackets and shim stock you need. We also provide live phone tech support to help you along the way, which usually takes a day to get into a rolling chassis.
