New 40 MM Mikuni, HS 40 (known as a TM40-6 flatside carb with accelerator pump) and a new rubber mounting flange with clamps, mounting gaskets, and bolts.

All you need is:

Fuel line & external filter (if required) 2 spark plugs Silicone sealant adhesive Air Filter of your choice
